I called for help with an email issue and was given the same information I'd been unable to use when I was online. They did nothing to solve the issue and just sent me back to the same site I'd been on. Since we are no longer ATT customers, we're forced to continue on this loop. I found out by accident I've been paying for a service I never received, high speed Internet with my u-verse phone service. I am not tech savvy. I noticed it took too long time for land-line phone connections. Customer service tried to fix the problem then scheduled a home service rep. I cannot chat with the connect tech who keeps trying to chat with me to tell him what the scan is telling me to do. I am paying for this service and I want it fixed! I usually can chat but for some reason nothing allows you to chat. Please get this fixed. The scan says it cannot be fixed with a tool so I have to chat with a technician. I had an email problem. A big email problem. Before signing up, I asked the sales person if Connectech could solve the problem. Yes was the reply. I then asked the billing person if Connectech could solve the problem. Yes was the reply. Yes, she said. No less than a dozen "technicians" assured me that they would solve my problem. None did. After almost 2 hours with a representative, my problem was still unresolved. So angry for having to pay (under a 1 year contract) $15@month for such horrible service!!!

3 hrs and 40 min. 2nd problem we 've worked on 7 times. Favorite saying for them " not to worry we will fix. Let me put you on hold just a couple of min while i check on something

10-28-15 Complaint re: AT&T Connectech I am SO frustrated with dealing with AT&T and ATTConnectech! They have given me the complete runaround for two months! I feel like I’ve been scammed. bought the service ATT CONNECT TECH one year ago. They solved a problem on the day I bought the service. After that, I was unable to get anybody on the phone. After several months, I gave up and counted the days until I could cancel the service? (no service service). In September, I started trying to cancel. AT&T Connect tech is nothing more than a rip off. They charge you $15 a month with a 12 month commitment or $149 for one time service. Essentially what AT&T is doing is holding you hostage with this commitment to force you into staying with their internet service. In my case my 12 month commitment for my internet service expires in 2 months and I refuse to be forced into staying with a company who doesn't service their customers... Read more
